One Porsche Avenue is a proposed hotel that is part of the master plan for the redevelopment of the former Ford Factory property located in Hapeville, a suburb of Atlanta. The vision was to develop a hotel that caters to Porsche Experience Center visitors, airport travelers, and automotive business executives by offering high design and high quality accommodations at a mid-range price point. The Project’s location offers a great advantage in a market with multiple demand generators including direct connection to Porsche’s corporate/recreational facilities, close proximity to a new international terminal in one of the world’s busiest airports, as well as future demand on-site from the development of the overall campus master plan.
